2024 Rates:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal options available, as well as winter storage. 20-30-50 amp available (add $5.00 per day for 50 amp). Rates below are for 2 people, $5.00 per day for each additional person. 2 night minimum on holidays and 3rd weekend in July, Bluegill Fest.
Seasonal: Call for availability and rate
Monthly: $825 plus 5.5% sales tax and electric as metered
Weekly: $345 plus 5.5% sales tax and electric as metered
Daily: $55 per day, plus 5.5% sales tax. Electric included, up to $3.00/day
Tent Camping: $35 per night, plus 5.5% sales tax.
Winter Storage:
$250 plus 5.5% sales tax (October 31st through April 15th)
Residents choosing to stay the next season and leave their camper, the rate is $250. A $500 deposit is required, that will be deducted from the following seasonal rate

Guidelines for Birch Lakes RV Park
Each site is clearly marked.
Park residents will be responsible for keeping their site clean and neat at all times.
Please respect the side yards of other guests.
Park residents shall park their vehicles on their own gravel driveway, any additional parking needed can park in the Gravel Parking lot. Reserved boat parking stalls available, See Bob.
There shall be NO fireworks allowed within the park at any time, Per Village of Birchwood ordinance.
Residents may use generators only in the event of the power failure.
ALL pets must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.
